Job Specification

Education Level : Bachelor

Experience Required : More than or equals to 3 years

Other Specification

• Must have Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering with 3-5 years of experience
• Possess sound knowledge in earth-movers, trucks and tippers
• Experience of managing a repair workshop preferably Trucks, Tippers and earth mover equipment
• Computer Literacy (Intermediate to Advanced Level)
• Team Management Skills
• Microsoft Office
• Experience in Workshop & Personnel Management
• Fluent in English
• Drivers License & Own Vehicle Essential

Job Description

• Manage workshop and staff
• Planning and delegation of duties
• Preventative Maintenance
• Work under Pressure
• To Meet Deadlines
• Improve Machinery Availability
• Reports Writing
• Manage services and Breakdowns, i.e. Excavator, Trucks, tippers etc
• The overall operation of the workshop and management of Trucks and Tipper
• Manage the transport system of the Group
• Workshop Manager will include diagnosis, repairs, general maintenance and earth-moving equipment whilst leading a team to success
