Position: Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Academic Qualification : Master degree in Management from reputed university.

Work Experience:

• At least 8 years work experience in General Insurance in the position of Manager or above.
• 10 years work experience in Banking/Financial Institutions in the position of Manager or above with minimum 2 years experience in the position of Manager or above in General Insurance.

Age: Not exceeding 50 years as on the date of this announcement.

Key Competencies required :

• Excellent Interpersonal, facilitation and negotiation skills.
• Should possess sufficient capability for business communication, financial analysis and presentation.
• Excellent computer skills with, Internet, word, excel, power point etc.
• Should possess sufficient capacity to supervise team.
• Should be well versed with Bima Samiti Directives, Tax and prevailing laws.
