Position: Regional Finance Manager/Lead

About the role

We are looking for a competent Regional Finance Manager/Lead to join our International Team that provides effective hands-on support to country finance teams to deliver on their obligations in-country, to donors/clients and to the group. The role will effectively engage, support and monitor finance activities in Regional/Country offices to ensure sound financial management, risk identification and management, compliance, high quality planning/reporting and financial controls.

About you

You are experienced and have strong technical and interpersonal skills. You have knowledge of Financial Planning and Management Reporting; Accounting, Controls and Quality Assurance; Award budgets and reports and Statutory Accounts. You are experienced in accounting and financial management specifically around managing the finance function and consolidating financial plans and budgets. You are proactive, flexible and resilient, with ability to engage others within the team and independently overcome obstacles. You have ability to work effectively as part of a team.
