Job Specification

Education Level : Master

Experience Required : More than or equals to 5 years

Other Specification

• Master in civil engineering/architecture
• More than or equal to 5 years of working on interior construction projects

Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience, and capability

Job Description

You will be responsible for the administrative and financial related matter of the project

• Maintaining project related documents
• Communication/ correspondence on project related work with consultant and owner
• Ensure proper recording of manpower at site
• Ensure the proper record of material requirement, delivery of material and maintaining proper stock at site with proper system
• Ensure and follow up of time schedule and work progress report from each site
• You will ensure the system is running properly and report to Project Manager on daily basis
• You will function as a project coordinator. A bridge between project, factory and project team in the office
• In short you will be assisting the project manager to run the project smoothly
