PSI/Nepal is seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

Position: Regional Program Manager: Based in Itahari

Number of Vacancies: 1

Job Location: Itahari

Job Role:

The Regional Program Manager will be responsible for the effective implementation of the Women’s Health Project through two Local Implementing Partners (LIP). This responsibility comprises program oversight, technical assistance and monitoring/supervision of PSI/Nepal regional teams, LIPs and developing/maintaining a responsive engagement with provincial, municipal governments, and internal/external stakeholders.

Experience and Qualification:

• Master’s Degree in Public Health or relevant discipline
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in the health project implementation and management
• Demonstrated capability building partner’s capacity
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication, coordination, networking, and representation skills
Experience of working with sub-national government bodies
Fluent in English and Nepali (speaking and writing)
