Job Specification

• Master in civil engineering/architecture
• More than or equal to 5 years of working on interior construction projects

Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience and capability

Job Description

• You will be responsible for basically
1. Cost
2. Quality and
3. Time – of the project
• Project is executed as per the drawing, specification and the boq
• Prepare the budget for the project and make sure project is executed within the estimated budged
• Manpower planning and effective use of manpower
• Prepare the work schedule and ensure the agreed time schedule
• Co ordination among the client, consultant, other contractors, designer and factory
• Maintain good communication with project team in the office
• Reporting and communication with the office in the given format and time period: daily/weekly/monthly
• Prepare bill / running bill for the client and contractors
• Take final measurement, prepare final bill for client /contractors and get the bill verified and certified
• Handover the project and obtain the work certificate
